Mafer is a bilingual professional who works as a Case Manager at our firm. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering as well as a Master’s degree in Maintenance Management, an academic background that has helped her develop strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
In her role, Mafer assists with the coordination of medical appointments, the organization of medical records, and communication between clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Her structured approach and attention to detail help ensure that each case progresses efficiently while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
