Felicia is often the first person you will speak to at the firm. Clients love her friendly, outgoing personality, and her attention to detail ensures nothing is overlooked. While the time after an accident is often stressful and hectic, Felicia is a calming and insightful first voice that gets client started off on the right foot.

Before coming to the firm, Felicia was the Director of Operations at a large medical practice that specialized in treating accident victims. Felicia oversaw the operations of over 20 medical offices, which included orthopedics, interventional pain management, and chiropractic care. Her experience working on the medical side of personal injury claims gave her intimate insight into the claims process and how cases progress medically. This knowledge allows her to assist clients in not only understanding the course of treatment, but also understanding how that treatment may impact their case. Working closely with our attorneys, Felicia ensures that clients’ questions and concerns are addressed promptly and that their case is progressing as it should.
