About Dennis
A native New Yorker, Dennis has been a fighter his entire life. With deep roots in the business community, resolving conflicts, making deals, and negotiating resolutions are the hallmark of everything he does. Dennis utilizes this special skillset, which he’s honed over many years, to fight for his clients to get the financial compensation they deserve. Insurance companies all too often seek to put the interest of profits over people – that stops here. His foremost priority and ultimate resolve is to ensure that insurance companies and negligent parties are held accountable for the damages they have caused.
Dennis devotes 100% of his practice to the representation of injured victims and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. His practice primarily comprises motor vehicles accidents (including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and pedestrian accidents) as well as slip & falls, other premise liability cases, and a growing concentration of construction accident cases.
Dennis has developed a strong network of trusted medical professionals who are often able to treat clients with no upfront or out-of-pocket costs. From the moment Dennis takes on a case, clients enjoy an open line of communication, easily being able to speak with him regarding their case or any other issues. As a Puerto Rican-Cuban American, Dennis speaks both English and Spanish and has spent many years working side by side with the Hispanic and Latino community.
In his law school days, Dennis was once given the nickname “The Usain Bolt of Law School.” He was the first student in New York to ever complete law school, sit for the bar, and be admitted to the New York Bar in only 2 years. In just another few months, Dennis was admitted to the Florida Bar, all while graduating summa cum laude with a near perfect 3.975 GPA. Dennis’ fierce determination to be the best shines through with every case he takes on. Dennis represents clients in both New York & Florida.
